Almond Cake

Preparation
Grab a deep bowl, mix the eggs and sugar thoroughly with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.Add the oil, milk and vanilla and continue mixing. Than add the flour, baking powder, vanilla and almonds. The result is a fluid cake batter.

Transfer it to a cake tin and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on it.

Slice and serve after cooling.

3 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 glass of water
Milk
1 teacup of oil
1 cup of almonds
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
flour
Powdered sugar
