Mix all the ingredients and knead until you get a dough. Take walnut sized pieces from the dough you prepared and roll them in your palm and make a pit in the middle. Place them evenly on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 17-18 minutes.
When done, place a teaspoon of apricot marmalade in the middle of the cookies.
