Artichokes with Vegetables


Firstly, Shape the potatoes and carrots the way you want them. Peel the shallots. Squeeze the lemons and make lemon juice from half of them. Soak the cleaned artichokes in this water. Mix the flour and olive oil in a saucepan for 2 minutes.

Throw in the potatoes, carrots, shallots, sugar, remaining lemon juice and salt. Add 4 glasses of water. When it boils, remove the artichokes from the lemon water. Place the stems upside down in the pot. Cover the pot with a plate. Cook on low heat for 60 minutes. Wait for the artichokes to cool.

Place the stems down on the serving plate. Put your vegetables on the sides and on top. Serve garnished with dill.

Juice of 2 lemons
4 glasses of water
