Kidney beans with Olive Oil

First, peel the fresh kidney beans. Take the olive oil in a saucepan and heat it. Add the finely chopped onions and the peeled and halved garlic to the pot. Fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Add diced carrots, grated tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Cut off the stems of the hot peppers, remove the seeds and cut into thin rings. Add the chopped peppers and kidney beans to the pot and fry for a while. Add granulated sugar and salt and add 2 cups of hot water.

Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until it boils. After boiling, continue to cook on low heat until the kidney beans are soft. Add the lemon juice, remove from the heat and squeeze mayonnaise on it.

1 kg of fresh kidney beans
Half a glass of olive oil
2 medium sized onions
8 cloves of garlic
1 medium sized carrot
2 medium sized tomatoes or
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2-3 medium sized green peppers
2 glasses of water
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
juice of 1 lemon

For the above:
chopped parsley
