Cabbage Rolls with Bulgur

PREPARATION:
Put the ground meat in a large mixing bowl and knead the pre-sliced ​​onion with black pepper, cumin, salt bulgur and 1 tablespoon of pepper paste from time to time by wetting your hands. Tear off your cabbage leaves and boil them in boiling salted water for a few minutes. After cooking, remove it through a strainer and let it cool. Cut the leaves into three finger-wide strips. Take a teaspoon of the minced meat paste, place it on the ends of the leaves, and roll it twice. Trim off the excess cabbage and squeeze the wraps in your palm. Place the wraps in the pot. Mix the olive oil, water, tomato paste and salt thoroughly in a bowl and pour over the wraps in the pot. Add water if necessary. Cover a small plate and let it boil over high heat. After boiling, take it to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes. Pour the lemon juice over the stuffed peppers and cook for another 10 minutes and remove from the stove. Let it rest for a few minutes with the lid closed, then serve hot.
