Celery with Fennel and Olive Oil

PREPARATİON:
Chop the white parts of the fennel into cubes and the green parts finely. After peeling the celery whole, cut it into 4 apple slices and soak in lemon water. Heat 1/4 of the olive oil in the pan. Add all the peeled shallots, garlic and fennel. Turn for a few minutes. Add the celery, tangerine juice, hot water, sugar and salt.

First boil for a few minutes on high heat, then close the lid of the pot and reduce the fire. Take it off the stove after 15-20 minutes. Pour the remaining olive oil over all the ingredients. After it cools down, transfer it to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.

200 ml olive oil
2 root fennel
10 shallots (peeled)
1 clove of garlic
6 celery
1 large lemon Half a bunch of dill
Juice of 6 tangerines
1 cup of hot water
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Salt
