Chocolate Covered Cookies

Preparation

Mix the oil, powdered sugar and starch in a deep bowl. Add the baking powder and vanilla and make a paste, knead until you get a dough. Flatten the dough you prepared, by rolling it with a rolling pin. Cut with a cookie cutter by your choice the shapes out of the dough. Than place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Put it 17-18 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees

Melt the dark chocolate benmari style. Get the cookies out of the oven and spread the chocolate on the cookies. Serve them after the chocolate is frozen. Bon appetit!

1 water glass measure of oil
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of starch
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
flour
150 g dark chocolate
