Cocoa Cookies

Preparation
Start by boiling water, add sugar for the syrup and leave it to cool.For the cookie dough, add butter, oil and granulated sugar in a deep bowl and mix. Add the walnuts, cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla.Knead the dough.Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

As soon as you take it out of the oven, it is poured into the cold mixture that you have prepared before. Than dip it in the coconut shavings. Serve the cookies cold.

Ingredients
125 g butter (at room temperature)
1 teacup of oil
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Half a glass of walnuts
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
flour

For the syrup:
1.5 cups of water
1 glass of sugar
Coconut shavings
