Coconut Cookies

Preparation
Put the butter, powdered sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla in a deep bowl and knead in a thick dough. Than take walnut size pieces from the dough you kneaded and roll them in your palm. Brush with egg white first, then dip it in coconut and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees, until lightly browned. Serve after it has cooled.

250 g butter (at room temperature)
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup coconut
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
flour
