Coconut filled cookies

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and knead until you get a dough. Top the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Get a separate container for the stuffing. Make tiny balls from the stuffing you prepared tear off pieces and open them with your hands, put coconut inside and close the dough. Prepare all the dough in the same way. Than arrange on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven set at 180 degrees. When removed out of the oven, dip the cookies in milk, than chocolate sauce and garnish with coconut shavings.

125 g butter (at room temperature)
Half a teaspoon of oil
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 egg white
2 soup spoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
Flour
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of coconut shavings
3 tablespoons of milk
