Coffee Cake

Preparation
Mix the eggs and sugar thoroughly with a mixer. Add liquid oil and milk and continue whisking. Than add flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla and mix. Finally, add the coffee. Mix it up and pour the mixture you prepared into a greased cake mold. Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Take it out of the oven and wait for it to come to room temperature. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top, slice and serve!

3 eggs
1.5 cups brown sugar
1.5 teaspoons of oil
1 tablespoon granulated coffee soaked in 1 glass of hot water
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
flour
Powdered sugar
