Grap a bowl and mix the butter eggs, powdered sugar and 2-3 drops of lemon juice together.
Add flour and baking powder until you get a dough that is not too hard to knead. Take pieces of dough and roll them in your hand. Slightly flatten them and smear it with sunflower seeds.
Use greaseproof paper and arrange the cookies spaced apart on the tray. Put them in a pre-heated oven on 180 degrees. Bake until lightly browned. Serve when cool.
100 g butter (at room temperature)
1 egg yolk
