Cheese filling with Red Peppers

PREPARATION:
Roast the peppers and take the cheeses in a bowl and mash well with the help of a fork. Add the finely chopped parsley, olive oil and salt and mix well. After removing the inside of the red peppers. Put the cheese mortar on the wide part and wrap it in the form of a roll. Connect with chives. Arrange on serving plate. Drizzle olive oil on top and serve.

3 tomatoes
pastes of red pepper
6 sprigs of chives
100 g semi-skimmed feta cheese
100 g feta cheese
1-2 pinches of parsley
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
