Grapefruit Cake

Preparation
Beat the eggs and sugar thoroughly with a mixer. Add the oil and milk and continue whisking. Add grapefruit juice, grated grapefruit peel and poppy and mix. Finally, mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix again. Transfer the mixture you have prepared to a greased cake tin. Than bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Than remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Than slice and serve.

Ingredients
3 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 glass of milk
Half a glass of oil
1.5 teaspoons of grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon grated grapefruit peel
3 tablespoons of poppy seeds
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
flour
