Green Olive Bait

Cut the olives into rings. Peel the outer skins of the spring onions and chop the white parts. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the parsley, dill and fresh mint, discard the thick branches and chop the leaves. Chop the walnut kernels into small pieces.

Mix all the ingredients with olive oil and lemon juice. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with red pepper flakes. If you are using olives stuffed with pepper, there is no need for additional chili peppers.

3 spring onions
1 clove of garlic
1 green pepper
1 cup of walnuts
1/3 bunch of parsley
1/3 bunch dill
1/3 bunch fresh mint
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice or pomegranate syrup
red chili flakes
