Grilled Vegetables with spicy sauce

PREPARATION:
Peel the eggplant and zucchini from the variegated and slice them lengthwise. After peeling the onions, cut them in half. Cut your peppers lengthwise into 5. Whisk the ingredients for the sauce in a separate bowl. Add your veggies and whisk.

Let it stand for an average of 40 minutes, heat the grill and fry the vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
2 red onions
2 yellow bell peppers
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
2 red peppers
2 sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
2 sprigs of finely chopped thyme
2 cloves of garlic
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
