Hibiscus Wrap

PREPARATION:
Firtsly, Throw the hibiscus leaves into boiling water and remove them and put them in a strainer. Finely chop the onion and mix it into the minced meat. Add rice, tomato paste, salt, water, mint, olive oil and spices and mix well. Take a teaspoon of the minced meat paste, place it in the leaves, wrap it in a roll and place it in the pot. Cut the butter into small pieces and add. Add salt and hot water and cook until soft. Sprinkle the yoghurt with red pepper flakes and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of large hibiscus leaves
1 onion
250 g minced meat
1 teaspoon of rice
1 tablespoon of chili paste
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
4-5 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons chopped mint
3 tablespoons of olive oil
50 g butter
1.5 cups of hot water
Yoghurt
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Red pepper
