Hot Shrimp

Cut off the heads of the raw shrimp. Peel the skins without damaging the flesh. Remove the guts like the black thread on their backs with the tip of a knife. Arrange in a flat, heat-resistant container.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Sprinkle them over the shrimp together with the red pepper flakes and a little salt. Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimp and keep in the oven without drying for a sufficient time until the shrimps turn pink. Serve hot.

4 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of water salt
