Okra Salad

PREPARATION:
Take the boiled black rice and okra into a large salad bowl. Mix it well with the pre-cut tomatoes and finely chopped greens. Mix the necessary ingredients for the dressing and pour , your salad and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
4 yellow cherry tomatoes
4 red cherry tomatoes
250 g boiled okra
5 branches of lamb’s ears
1 cup of boiled black rice

For the Dressing:
Juice of half a lemon
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of mustard syrup
Salt
