Peppers with garlic

Roast the peppers in the flame of the stove, put them in a paper bag or plastic bag, close the lid and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Peel the skin off the peppers, wash them in running water, cut off the stem and discard the seeds. Peel the garlic, cut into thin rounds, place on the peppers. Sprinkle with vinegar, let it sit for 1-2 hours and bring it to the table.
