Tomato Paste

Put the pepper paste in a deep bowl. Crush the walnuts in a mortar without removing the oil. Peel the onion and grate it. Peel the garlic and finely dice it.

Cut the edges of the bread slice, soak in water, strain and shred. Add walnuts, onions, garlic, cumin, salt, bread and olive oil to the pepper paste and mix well and mash.
