Red Cabbage Salad

Put half the red cabbage on the chopping board. Finely chop with a large knife. Put it in a hollow bowl and sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of salt on it. Rub it well with your fingers, wash it in water to remove the salt and bitterness. Strain and put in a salad bowl. Peel the skin of the sour apple and cut it in half. Chop into thin half slices. Break the walnuts into small pieces with your fingers. Add the apple, walnut, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice and mix well.
