Keep the sausage under the tap for a short time and wet it, with the tip of the knife, draw it lengthwise on both sides, peel off the skin and cut the sausage into cubes. Remove the stems of the peppers, pour the seeds, and cut into thin rings. Peel the skin of the tomato, remove the seeds and chop into small pieces.
Chop the cheese into 1 cm cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a small casserole (or heatproof glass bowl) and drizzle olive oil over it.
