Sesame Chicken

PREPARATION
Peel and thin the chicken breast. Cut in 4 slices. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken slices first in flour, then in scrambled eggs, and then in sesame and fry. Remove excess oil on a paper kitchen napkin and serve hot.
