Sinconta

PREPARATION:
After peeling and washing the zucchini, slice it and place it on the tray. Chop the onion in pieces and place it on the zucchini. Crush the tomato paste and flour in 1 tea glass of water. Add vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic and salt to it and whisk. Pour the prepared sauce over the zucchini. Sprinkle pepper and mint on top. Cover the tray with foil. After heating the oven to 200 degrees, put the food in the oven. After cooking for 45 minutes, take the foil off and bake in this way for 15 minutes.

Your sinconta is ready. If you wish, you can serve your meal by drizzling garlic yogurt on it.

2 red onions
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of flour
Half a lemon
6 cloves of garlic
2-3 sprigs of dried mint
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of salt
