Mix the eggs and sugar thoroughly with a mixer. Add the oil and milk and continue whisking. Than add the spinach puree, flour, baking powder, vanilla and mix it together. The mixture you prepared is oiled. Transfer your mixture to a cake tin and put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes. Take the baked cake out of the oven and let it cool.
Take one of the edges of the cooled cake and take apart, you use this to crumble on the cake at the end. For the cream, use 2 packs of powdered cream with 1.5 cups of milk. Mix the whipping cream with a mixer until it thickens. Than leave it in the fridge.
Spread the cold whipped cream on your cake and sprinkle the crumbs you kept separate over the cake. Than slice and serve. Bon Apetit!

1 cup of granulated sugar
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup of spinach puree (By boiling only the leaves of spinach.)
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
2 packs of whipped cream
1.5 cups cold milk
