Spinach Paste with Garlic

PREPARATION:
Put the spinach you have washed in warm salt water, leave for 2 minutes and remove from the water. Squeeze the vegetable juice and put it on a plate. Take the toasted breads you have removed, the lamb spinach you have drained, the walnuts, the crushed garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a large bowl. Blend it in a blender until you get a smooth consistency. Season with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and sesame and serve.

500 g spinach
4 slices of toast bread
150 g walnut kernels
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
nutmeg grated
Sesame
