Squid Salad

Put the squid in salted boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. Cut the sleeves into strips and the torso into circles. Chop the boiled potato into 2 cm cubes. Cut the cultivated mushrooms into four. Peel the skin of the tomato and cut it into cubes. Peel the outer skins of the spring onions. Trim the tassels, slice 2 cm obliquely.

Mix the squid, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, olives, dill and salt in a salad bowl. Add the olive oil and then the lemon juice little by little into the egg yolk. Add the crushed garlic. Pour over the salad and mix well.
