Stuffed Apple

PREPARATION:
Peel and grate the onions. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the pine nuts and onions. Wash and drain the rice in plenty of water. Add to the fried onions. Add currants and 1.5 coffee cups of water and cook 8-10, stirring constantly, so that the rice remains firm. Clean and finely chop the mint and parsley, add to the stuffed rice. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice and mix.

Take the pot off the heat and let it cool. Wash and peel the apples. Remove the seeds with a vegetable grinder and hollow them out a little. Fill the inner pilaf you prepared into the apples. Place the stuffed apples you prepared on the greased baking tray, add 1 coffee cup of hot water. Bake in a preheated 150 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve cold.
