Stuffed egg

Put the eggs in a container with cold water, put them on the fire and boil them for 15 minutes. Pour the boiling water and pour new cold water to cool the eggs. When the eggs start to cool, peel them and cut each one in half lengthwise with sewing thread or a very sharp knife.

Without damaging the white parts, remove the yolks with a small spoon, cut off the bottom half of the half-rounds with a knife and arrange them on a plate so that they lie flat on the plate. Mix the hard-boiled egg yolks, olive oil, feta cheese, yoghurt, red pepper, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well, fill in the whites.
