Stuffed Figs

Boil water in a saucepan. Throw the figs in, take them out before they soften too much and let them cool. In another pan, fry the diced onions with olive oil. Add rice, pine nuts and all other spices, add water and cook. When the rice is cooked, take it off the stove and let it rest for a while. Make a very light cut from the bottom of the figs and stuff the rice inside.

Arrange the stuffed figs on the serving plate and serve with cold lemon.

500g dried figs
100g of rice
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 onion
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
A pinch of cinnamon
Black Pepper
